2023-2024 CVRC Board Installation Barbecue & Picnic – Tuesday, June 6th

We invite all members to join us for a Barbecue & Picnic as we welcome and celebrate your new 2023-24 Board.

As the days get warmer and the sun sets later, what better location could there be for a fun get together than our home at 40 Knots Winery!

The evening’s agenda:

  • 6:00 – 6:30: Cocktails and Networking; Picnic Games
  • 6:30 – 7:00: Dinner
  • 7:00 – 7:45: Welcome, Introductions, New Board Installation and Presentations from Past President Debbie and President Kevin.
  • 7:45 – 8:30: Fun and Games; Last chance to enter the Cake Raffle
  • 8:30: Cake Raffle winners drawn

Tickets for the Cake Raffle will be $20 for an armlength

There will be a picnic theme & likely some family picnic style games…three legged race anyone? Members are welcome to bring their partner or guests for the evening. 

Please note that we are asking for members to contribute in one of two ways:

  1. You can pay an admission of $10 per person, to help cover cost of food, or
  2. Bring one pot luck dish to share, ie: a salad, an appetizer, or even….a cake!?

We will also have a Cake Raffle, with proceeds from the Raffle Ticket sales donated to the Rotary Foundation!
