For this meeting we’ll be gathering at the new Comox Valley Food Bank location in Courtenay. The meeting will be OUTDOORS, so please dress for the weather. The meeting will feature a BBQ run by our club and we will also be doing the official draw for our “Making the Move to End Hunger” 50/50 contest.
Start time: 6:30 pm for BBQ, meeting to start at 7:00 pm.
We will be offering hamburgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs, and we are asking for a $10 p/p donation from members & guests, with all proceeds going to the Food Bank.
Chips and drinks included. (No alcohol)
To help with planning for the BBQ, we are asking all members to RSVP (using the form below) to indicate that you’ll be attending, if you’re bringing a guest, and if you are planning on eating.
