Rotary Makes It Happen fundraiser – we need your help!
Hello fellow CVRC members,
We are looking for auction items, made by you, for our ongoing Rotary Makes It Happen club fundraiser. What sort of items are we looking for, you ask? The sky is the limit, as it can be something small, like a jar of jam or a loaf of bread, or a larger contribution, such as handyman services or a complete dinner for two. Here is a small list of ideas:
- Artwork such as paintings, drawings, photography, etc.
- Woodworking
- Homemade jam, etc.
- U Brew cider, beer or wine, etc.
- Handmade soap, etc.
- A loaf of artisan bread or other baking
- A tray of your famous lasagna or mac and cheese, etc.
- Hand knit scarf or beanie
- Crochet slippers
- Handmade candles
- Artisan jewelry
- Wreaths
- Garden art
- Propagated plants
- A complete dinner for two
- Even services such as tree pruning or handyman jobs
You get the picture. We are hoping to have one auction item each month, but if we have enough interest we could do it every meeting. This is a fun way for us to get to know each other better and to raise money at the same time.
