Community Service – Vote for your choice!

We will go through each volunteer opportunity idea submitted via email. For those who want to stand and present their own idea, you will have the floor for a 1-2 minutes to give a quick overview and answer any questions. For those that prefer to remain anonymous, I will present the idea and do my best to answer any questions.

• Each volunteer idea will be printed on a sheet of paper and laid out around a couple of tables, with a cup beside.
• After we have heard about each opportunity, you will receive 3 tokens and have 5 minutes to walk around, review the volunteer ideas and drop your tokens into the cups for the idea(s) you most support.
• For members not able to attend the meeting in person, we will connect with them by email to present the volunteer ideas and ask for their votes.
