On Friday Sept. 10th, the 1st Annual Comox Valley Golf Ball Drop made its debut at Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community.
2000 balls were dropped from the City of Courtenay Ladder 12 Truck. The winners were determined by distance from the pin.                                                      Special thanks to our honourary ‘Drop Chief’, Chief Don Bardonnex of Courtenay Fire Dept!
$15,000 was raised for Comox Valley Monarch Lions Club and our Rotary Club of the Comox Valley for community initiatives, such as our container homes and our CV Child Development Centre accessibility ramp.
