Our Everyone Eats Raffle is back, with another opportunity to win great prizes and support food security in the Comox Valley. We know that local businesses are overwhelmed with requests for donations. And many of our neighbours rely on food support from local agencies. So we purchase the prizes for this raffle, and donate proceeds directly to local food security, so you know that your ticket purchase means EVERYONE EATS!
Please join us Tuesday, 16 June 2026 as we celebrate our 2026-2027 CVRC Board Installation with a complimentary BBQ and full bar service at 40 Knots Winery.
Starting at 6:30pm we will enjoy some food and social time together before hearing from some local organizations about imminent and impactful volunteer opportunities for our club.
Guests are welcome.
Thank you to all who bought a ticket and supported two great organizations in the Comox Valley – LUSH Valley Food Action Society and the Comox Valley Food Bank. We truly appreciate your support.

Don’t miss this friendly weekend of baseball, fun and social cheer. Proceeds from this tournament will go towards the Rotary Club of Comox Valley’s local improvement projects and other initiatives. Beer garden and concession open all weekend for players and spectators.
The upcoming meeting will have a fun element to it. Please bring an item for show and tell, (yup just like in elementary school). When you do your show and tell it should help fellow Rotarians learn something about you that they would have never known. There will be a surprise funny twist to it as well. See you at 6:30 (for 7pm) at 40 Knots Winery.
With Halloween a week behind us we’ll hear from Courtenay Mayor, and long term Rotarian, Bob Wells at our next general meeting. See you at 6:30 (for 7pm) at 40 Knots Winery.
We hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend. Our next meeting is coming in hot and we wanted to let you all know what the social committee has planned. It’s going to be a Spooky Halloween Social. We will have classic Halloween games to play and goodies to enjoy. Come wearing your craziest, weirdest, or coolest hat and feel free to bring your partner or spouse – especially if they are crazy, weird or cool. We will have baked goods to share and possibly some pies that you can win or purchase to take home. No RSVP necessary.
Where – 40 Knots; When – The Witching Hour (or simply 6:30 – 9pm)
Join CVRC for our Jingle Ball Dinner & Dance on Friday, 8 December 2023, at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay. Consider bringing your staff & friends and join the party, with all proceeds in support of local food security programs. The theme is “Jingle Ball!”, so come celebrate the season and dance the night away to the sounds of ‘Time Well Wasted’.
Join us for our next general meeting on Tuesday, 3 October, at 6:30pm at 40 Knots Winery.
